Terms and Conditions for sales of items presented within this site.
Please read and agree to the following terms before making a purchase.

Payment

1. Payment for items via POSB bank transfer only. (Bank Account no: 002-96336-1)
2. Payment shall comprise of: (Local Postage Fees) + (Selling Price).
3. Prices listed for items do not include postage fees.
4. LOCAL POSTAGE: $1 for normal mail, $2.50 for registered mail.
5. To purchase an item, please send an email titled “Purchase of item” to winter_magic@hotmail.com and include the following in the email:

• Mode of Transaction (ATM/iBanking):
• Transaction Reference No.:
• Transaction date:
• Transaction time:
• Amount transferred:

6. Please wait for an invoice before making payment.
7. All payments must be made within 24 hours after the invoice is sent.
8. Items will be mailed 3 days upon confirmation of down payment.

9. All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.
10. We are not responsible for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by the buyer.
11. Only local sales (Singapore) are accepted.
12. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor’s resolution.

Notes

15. Crystals used are usually from Swarovski, and charms usually made from pewter.
16. We use gold filled/gold plated accessories so that they are less likely to oxidise.
17. Try to keep the accessories out of water to prevent it from tarnishing.
18. Length of earrings is inclusive of the hooks.
